Just came back from chalet yesterday, FUN :D but very little people went though, the chalet machaim like condo like that. Right infront got a pool, still gt basketball court somemor, shiok LOL

Common test has finally come to an end...such a long 4 mugging days.
After exam went to play basketball...nothing much,went and had a long and nice sleep=)

Dint post for quite a number of days,was kinda sian and lazy was the main thing =x what happen....let me think....oh ya dragonboat camp, ok how should i say it....it is fun and tough,lols.....fun as in u can train with teammates then joke here joke there during the night, we even went to the mac donald at midnight LOL, dam shuang la... then the training was dam tough....3 hours 1 session,1 day 2 session...the 2nd day was the worse, went for morning run and need do 100 pumpings-.- after that 1/3 hour break then straight 3 hours dragonboat,sian la... then during dragonboat my back was like dam pain already because i slept in the table lols...haiz nothing much more.typical camp programs......

Then it was yesterday training....wah the hiong-est of the all the trainings man....the stupid kayaking coach ask us do 150 pull ups for the land training but we done only 110 hahas..then do 12 rounds fartleg....can die man....

Today woke up,wah the whole body like stiff-ed lol..cant move....went to school,still gt pe.back muscles dam ache alr still throw wat discus....still wondering whether to go for tml's kayaking anot...tml kayaking still gt physical training....haiz wth......competitions coming,i must really buck up already, cant afford to slack anymore.....

Got back history today,well can say i am satisfied,32/50,1 more mark to b3...i cant find it =( highest 40,i guess i am the highest for the boys,HAHAHA...MT was boring as usual,keep on asking us do those stupid things and wasting time,haiz...after school stayed for math remedial,went to mac afterwards....ordered 2 burgers,was really hungry lols....i think i should just start saving up for the rainy days.keep on wasting money nowadays,haiz....

2008 has passed and its time for a brand new year,2009! this year was quite a relax one as i have just entered secondary school life and got to know alot of ppl i should say.lols ....well, thinking back those primary school days,childish-.-Its quite exciting too because of the olympics and the F1 race, but the economy crisis and the earthquake made this year 'sad' too,should i use sad?2009 for me is gg be a tough one i guess, sec2 streaming and the desire to win at international dragonboat championship,gonna work hard for all these i guess...medals and good resulta arent that easy to get anyway....2 more days to school reopening.I can only describe it with 1 word,'reluctant' but it will come anyway,so....might as well be happy and look forward to it hahas..WISH EVERY1 A HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MAY ALL UR DREAMS COME TRUE.

I HATE MY DAM HAIR!......DAM THE HAIRSTYLIST,dont noe how cut hair one,ask her short a little,she cut till short till botak.....-.- then my hair now like gg for army, so dam dulan now....some1 i go cut slope,now my hair is super uber imba short.....sian la suay go meet the hairstylist,i think she must be some just started cutting hair one...tmd.....

I think my blog is dead but well,just come and post.Training finally started on monday, quite tough getting back my fitness cuz has been rather slack in the 2 weeks break,had kayaking ytd and dragonboat later.Holiday is boring man.....went to amk hub to eat lunch ytd,ordered a $5.70 mixed rice,HEART PAIN ......the drumstick alone costs 2 dollars...altogether i spent 8 dollars on a lunch,wtf-.-some say facebook is interesting so signed up,ok la alot applications to play with lmao,but i am not interested in all these lmao,gotta prepare for training.......

I CAN OFFICIALLY BREAK FOR 2 WEEKS, LOL wat a good thing and bad thing hahas, good thing is i can replenish my energy for the last 2 weeks trainings ahahs, bad thing is I AM DAM BORED,ENTERTAIN ME PLS SOME!, ask me for bball, i confirm agree seriously.cuz dam bored....tml going amk hub mayb...finally can go out or should i say gt some1 to go out with?ahahs,suddenly thought of the marathon. should ahve joined aiya,can train my stamina and heart rate..haahs....do tag me ya..will reply O.o

Hey peeps reading my post now, hi to u -.- suddenly feel like blogging, ytd had alot of fun at the bbq pit lols,it was supposed to be a farewell party for mr chan then he never come due to some driving issues.then it become dragonboat gathering lmao. the part of starting fire is dam fun lmao.cosmo and victor was challenging see who start fire first LOL.Then actualy the whole thing supposed to end at 8.30 then we onli started cooking at 7.30, then the chicken wings and drumsticks was like taking dam long to cook rofl, then at 8.30 some go safra play lan while some stay and continue eating ahahs, went home ard 9.30 cuz i live at sengkang! nid travel quite a bit of time lol.Training later at bedok reservoir, hope our boat can go faster then last week =)

Wanted to remove the links and realised it will screw up the blogskin or w/e so decided to keep it haahs but just treat it as transparent k...had the first dragonboat training,got my paddle!yeah!=) when we arrived at bedok, the sky was like 101% gg rain and it rain-ed indeeed so we rowed back and do land trainings....100 pushups.. then after that do some dry-rowing and the rain has almost stopped so we went back in to row again...shiok!today another training, YEAH! looking forward to it=)

HEY PEEPS i am finally back to posting.....lazy to post and been sick after the camp...cuz dint sleep the whole night.then order mac lols,still dam early wake up...missed quite a few trainings due to the fever hahas....looking forward to the next dragonboating session.....TIME TO ROW! lmao...very sian these few days..been playing dota hahas.....tag me leh every1.i will reply de hahas

TODAY'S TRAINING SOLID AR...LOLOL

i will explain the above phrase later hehe=)..Went for training today.....same thing do weights..but the thing is i doing my max rep for all the sets lol which mean the maximum weight i can for that particular exercise.....then finally after struggling through all the weights' stations, thought can go home liao..YEAH! in the end...we were called to sports hall for circuit training...do weight alr wan die liao still do circuit....anyway...done bridge....stomach dam pain lols...then push up(DYING) then after that guess wat...we still do 1 exercise i dont noe wats the name but is like supporting ur weight with 1 of the hand la =.= lousy explainer lols me haha w/e friday is the sports camp..dont noe should be exxcited or wat lols..dont feel like going..LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT WEEK, CUZ GT DRAGONBOAT FINALLY=)) weee!

Nth unusual happened today...went for basketball..the weather was still fine....when i reached the court...the same thing happen just like ytd...sudden downpour-.- whole body drenched la..expected...went to play in the void deck till the rain over...the basketball court was flooded with water..the ball cant even bounce la-.- but we still played match lol...gt 1 guy go jump at me i slipped and falled...wtfwtfwtf-.- my head bang on the floor..pain sia=(....butt also pain..same place as ytd....so qiao..now dont know do wat...no games play...holidays is getting boring...i see the programmes for sports camp, sian 1/2 lols...lucky for those who dint signed up hahas

WTH.....cannot publish post so this is the second time i am writing this post-.-..went for training today....my group rushed through all the stations very fast but we dint slack k =)so cna go home! lols....on the way,suddenly the drizzle rain become dam heavy...then that ****er jeremy go push me,i slipped and fall...cb-.-whole thing wet,plus butt pain LOL...had training in wed...mr ng taking..hohoho
