TODAY'S TRAINING SOLID AR...LOLOL

i will explain the above phrase later hehe=)..Went for training today.....same thing do weights..but the thing is i doing my max rep for all the sets lol which mean the maximum weight i can for that particular exercise.....then finally after struggling through all the weights' stations, thought can go home liao..YEAH! in the end...we were called to sports hall for circuit training...do weight alr wan die liao still do circuit....anyway...done bridge....stomach dam pain lols...then push up(DYING) then after that guess wat...we still do 1 exercise i dont noe wats the name but is like supporting ur weight with 1 of the hand la =.= lousy explainer lols me haha w/e friday is the sports camp..dont noe should be exxcited or wat lols..dont feel like going..LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT WEEK, CUZ GT DRAGONBOAT FINALLY=)) weee!
