Dint post for quite a number of days,was kinda sian and lazy was the main thing =x what happen....let me think....oh ya dragonboat camp, ok how should i say it....it is fun and tough,lols.....fun as in u can train with teammates then joke here joke there during the night, we even went to the mac donald at midnight LOL, dam shuang la... then the training was dam tough....3 hours 1 session,1 day 2 session...the 2nd day was the worse, went for morning run and need do 100 pumpings-.- after that 1/3 hour break then straight 3 hours dragonboat,sian la... then during dragonboat my back was like dam pain already because i slept in the table lols...haiz nothing much more.typical camp programs......
Then it was yesterday training....wah the hiong-est of the all the trainings man....the stupid kayaking coach ask us do 150 pull ups for the land training but we done only 110 hahas..then do 12 rounds fartleg....can die man....
Today woke up,wah the whole body like stiff-ed lol..cant move....went to school,still gt pe.back muscles dam ache alr still throw wat discus....still wondering whether to go for tml's kayaking anot...tml kayaking still gt physical training....haiz wth......competitions coming,i must really buck up already, cant afford to slack anymore.....
