Pullup was first, started struggling for the 2nd set of 8 -.- proved my fitness dropping, no joke...then weights training, GENG...Run for 7 rounds, stamina also dropping, started to walk already...then debrief..

YO ppl..=) Today is an holiday thanks to the indians..they rocks! xD . went to cousin house and play mahjong, time pass very quickly. mayb play till too intense,HAHA.playplayplay..In the end, i won 3 dollars..not bad uh =) can recoup the losses for the YU YUAN MIAN bought for breakfast,LOL. then went home...
