I think my blog is dead but well,just come and post.Training finally started on monday, quite tough getting back my fitness cuz has been rather slack in the 2 weeks break,had kayaking ytd and dragonboat later.Holiday is boring man.....went to amk hub to eat lunch ytd,ordered a $5.70 mixed rice,HEART PAIN ......the drumstick alone costs 2 dollars...altogether i spent 8 dollars on a lunch,wtf-.-some say facebook is interesting so signed up,ok la alot applications to play with lmao,but i am not interested in all these lmao,gotta prepare for training.......
